Good evening!
I had stellars, after upgrading my account they disappeared. Writes that they are if you log in with username and password. If you log in through the secret key, then it says that the account is not activated
Help me please
Lost Lumens after upgrade
I am having the same issue, is someone able to help?
Wasn't "stellars" the name of "old Stellar" and it was renamed "lumens" after the move to SCP?
Can you give me details of your upgrade process and what type of software you use?
satoshi0x I have not logged into my account in 6 years
I log in with username and password on this site: https://launch.stellar.org/#/login
after I was notified that the system was updated, they showed the secret and public key and redirected to the address https://accountviewer.stellar.org/
Exactly the same thing here: followed the official upgrade process on May 12, everything appeared to succeed (saved a screenshot just in case), but the resulting address has not received the 6000xlm even many weeks later.
I posted on Reddit but the post was removed, and my email to the support address has not been replied to. I know at least one person had their funds stolen by a fraudulent upgrade intermediary, but their symptoms were different - my newly-created address shows up as not yet active, afaict. I would think that the upgrade payment itself would activate the address, without needing an additional 1xlm deposit.
In any case, I'm frustrated by the radio silence, and the whole thing feels shady.
purcell hi
I haven't given up for over a month. and don't give up. let's get justice together.
I also replenished my account with 1 lumen in the hope that the account will be unblocked and the lumens will be returned back. the situation is the same.
found an option that helped a certain group of people, but after a day no response was received.
you need to write a personal message to the author of the article and the StellarZak, they should help us solve the problem
bobmv Here is some info about a swap service from a pre-moving of development and roadmaps when the devs were on Trello from 2014. Jed is there too as "jedjed" see if you can find something to help your journey: https://trello.com/c/6PBQ2rVX/54-switchover-service-migration-to-new-network
purcell
let me know the result please
but funny thing is, i have 2 old account. one have 280 old stellar
the other were my friends account that ask him to give it to me
yesterday i upgraded my account and encounter same problem as yours.
then today after my friend give his account, i upgraded it and i dont have issue to regain his old balance (60 stellar become 60 xlm ) and i can withdraw it with no problems.
so i went back to my old account and carefully check it. and it says the wallet isnt active and i need to sent 1xlm to make it active. DONT DO IT!!!.
as soon as i sent 1 XLM my account went active and its just shown 1xlm and the old stellar wasnt converted.
so please let me know if you have a way to contact the dev so i can tell him this issue
[unknown]
did you get the tokens back?
Update: I didn't get any reply at all when I sent a message to StellarZak, and I feel I have exhausted all channels for potential support. Just feels like a big scam, I don't have any trust in the ecosystem right now.
Has anyone found a solution for this? I have reached out to several moderators on Reddit and received no response. I see that the moderators were helpful in the past but have gone silent in recent months if anyone is posting about missing Lumens after the upgrade.
For those who lost Lumens after the Upgrade, I was able to get mine back. I emailed legacy@stellar.org and provided my username in the old network. They replied to my email and got me my XLM within a day. Hope this helps!
Same issue here. It displayed a success message and my secret + public address but I didn't receive any XLM.
I just sent an email to legacy@stellar.org.
I'm having the same problem. No reply from legacy@stellar.org so far.
