    What wallet are you sending from? To me it looks like the sending wallet doesn't support creating new accounts and expects the receiving side to already have some funding.

      I am sending from the original Stellar wallet to the EXODUS wallet.

        Anfanger Stellar has an Account Merge operation, but not all wallets support it. One option would be to construct the account merge operation manually in the Stellar Laboratory, selecting the Account Merge as Operation Type. Provided that you have access to your secret key.

        Also, this number of 20 XLM is outdated, the minimum balance nowadays is actually 1 XLM.
