Stellarterm is an online base trading platform. It's very easy to use but yet it confusing when you don't understand it.. So I want you all to answer this questions. It would be nice if there is a video oh how to use it.

    Hi kennice8, @NogueiraLuisa wrote about her experience using Stellarterm & Ecliptic here. Maybe it helps you get started.

    You log into stellarterm using your already existing stellar account (secret key). To deposit funds you need to send them to the public address belonging to this account.

    If you can export your secret key form ecliptic you could use it to log into stellarterm. This would be a way of linking both accounts.

      Why I cannot send xlm to other wallet using stellar term. Am using general key since my forget my secret key.

        merukoin StellarTerm is intended just for trading and not as a wallet. Maybe they add the possibility of transferring funds in the future. It does not remember your secret key, once you close your tab it disappears.

        If you had your secret key you could import it into another wallet, but as you forgot it there is not much you can do to regain access to your XLM.

          How do I deposit an asset that I have marked trusted within Stellarterm?

          I have accepted PHP as an asset to my wallet, how do I add the PHP fund in it? (and other currencies too like CNY and JPY)

            AlMYap each issuer of each asset has total control over its supply.

            You normally must contact the asset issuer and get him to transfer the assets to your address -- in exchange, normally, for actual assets of the same kind, or for other form of money. Normally, also the asset issuer has a website which specifies how everything works.

                  NuryadinTop You don't need to fill the memo field in case of sending funds from an exchange to your personal account. If your exchange doesn't allow you make a withdrawal without memo, just type a random character (for example, "1").

                    kasbah There's no way to get your XLM back. Your secret key is the only possible way to access your account. Sorry about that, but I hope you find your key somehow. If there were a way to retrieve your secret key from your public key, then everyone would be able to take everyone's XLM.
