  • Lumens transferred but not appearing in Poloniex

I transferred lumens from Stellar.org to Poloniex 2 hours ago but I am not seeing the lumens in my Poloniex account.

    GirishGowda First check if you included a correct memo with the type id.

    Second, find the transaction id and open a support ticket with Poloniex. They are the only one that can help you.

    I had multiple times problems when despositing with them, but always got my money after opening a ticket.

      Its been 9 days I opened a support ticket.. No response yet.. Will i get my STR back or is it lost?

        GirishGowda It looks like right now all the exchanges are overwhelmed with new users. It took one weeks on Kraken for them to answer me and I sent them bunch of tweets, reddit DMs, ...

        I would try to reach out to mods in the trollbox. It may take some time for them to respond, but you should get your Lumens.
