Tutorials on sending to and from exchanges

We get a lot of emails and comments on public Slack channel with people that are new to crypto and are confused about how to send and receive lumens from the exchanges where lumens are being traded (e.g. Bittrex, Polo, Kraken. et. all). If anybody wants to do a step-by-step guide for each of the exchanges, I'm sure those that are new to the community would appreciate it! This would definitely reduce people waiting for responses from customer support on "where did my lumens go?!?"
