We would like to announce the launch of a public federation server at clic.world. Still work in progress, but we should be ready to open it up in a few days (probably by Wednesday), so use this to get your own unique*clic.world address.

This is the first of many interesting clic.world features that will be launched in the months to come.

Well I guess it's not quite ready yet. the website comes up ok and I was able to get to the registration page. But to start at the last entry the federation lookup name box is setup as a password input so you can't see what it is. The federation address is not needed to be secure so not sure why this is setup this way. the address is supposed to be public. Also on my attempt to register I got access denied error on a white page. maybe database error?

    Thanks for the feedback, as indicated in my post this is not opened yet, probably by Wed only. Will let you know when its ready for testing, it would be great to get your input, we are on a steep learning curve and need all the help and input we can get!

      Update - we have decided to add a a facility to sell XLM directly here in Uganda through the site, in addition to the federation. There's a big demand here for XLM, but to get an account at any of the exchanges is almost impossible. This has delayed us a bit, we should be able to switch to live net by Monday. The federation side works, still need to set the home address and inflation to clic.world, and the selling side delivers, we just need to connect the payment side to eSacco wallets and MTN and Airtel mobile wallets to complete payments.       We are working on the server at the moment. Buying will for now be restricted to Uganda only with payment option of MTN and Airtel Mobile Money and ClicPay using the eSACCO wallet. Waiting for our Visa and Mastercard API should be ready by end of next week for international purchases. ESDT was launched today and 500 000 released on the Stellar exchange. ESDT detail is included at http://clic.world/.well-known/stellar.toml

      Go-live for the clic.world federation and local Uganda UGX purchase of XLM is set for 1 August 2017
