How to set token's lowest price

For example, i created token ABC, i want to know that is there any way that i can set ABC lowest price. 1 ABC=5 XLM at least
All orders that price below 5 XLM is not allowed in stellar.
Is stellar have such function? or can i let developer to develop such function?

coinboy You can always buy back the issued tokens at 5 XLM. So the price will never fall under 5 XLM.
