  • Galactic Talk content creators challenge

Hi repear7,
You just copy-pasted this post from Tobias' website. This will not qualify for the competition. It has to be original content.

The competition started when Lumens were worth much less. For example 10 000 XLM was around $15, but now it's around $400. Like you, many other participants just copy content from all over the web to participate. I'm thinking now of adjusting the prices (all) and breaking them up in multiple competitions. They are still going to provide a lot of value, but we also hope to get much more quality content in the future.

Content creation is quite interesting job and would like to contribute for Stellar. Stellar have bring really innovation in economy and revolution in finance. Many financial institutes are started to involve in this awesome solution which stellar bring for cross border payment settlement.

In today world market business are running at C2C level. Now time is changed we all have to accept it and agree it to follow it and believe on it.

I've just posted up some content about the stellar on today, I also posted this information on the group's stellar ... I think next time will have many participants on galactictalk.org
I can get the XLM content with such short

Am i qualified if i post 1 topic? Or do I need to post more to qualified? Im a newbie.

kimpotxx Depends on what you write. If you're just spamming, or posting other people content, then I would guess it's a "No"

i tried to participate and ,,, today is the last date..

bkolobara If a contributor has more then thread/post then would each of his thread get 10000 XLM individually?

Will all the participants recieve the prize or you will choose who's the lucky participants to recieve?

gaitchs No worries, if you didn't have time to write something for this challenge, we are going to have more in the future.

            saggi07 No.

kimpotxx All participants will receive prices, but not every post qualifies as a participant.

bkolobara reduce the prizes by a factor of 20, and spend the rest on yourself, or to improve the forum in other ways.

              bkolobara unstickied the discussion .

Maybe for future competitions it would be good to state the "met the minimum quality requirement" and not change rules in the middle as to not wast people's time

jrwaxman This was the first challenge organised and I learned many things by running it. I will try to be more clear with the rules in the next one. I always thought that it was clear there is a minimum quality requirement. And I think I fairly rewarded anyone who took a bit of time to write something meaningful.

For example post1, post2, post3, post4, post5, .... are all written in a similar style and probably came from one person. All the comments (now deleted) just kept praising each other how the content of the post is great. It doesn't help that all the account were created in a short timespan.

Creating a lot of accounts just to claim some reward is not ok and will not be tolerated.
