  • Transaction Didn't Crossover to Bittrex From Stellar Desktop Wallet

Hello,

I sent some Lumens to Bittrex, but it did not go through. I didn't know I had to put a memo with it (and I'm still unsure what that that means/what to put exactly), so it looks like the transaction was lost. Is there a way to cancel and re-send?

    MattDaly The transaction is not lost. You need to contact their support to resolve it.

    Bittrex uses one address for all customers and the only way to differentiate your deposit from others is to use your unique id in the memo. Bittrex received your transaction, but can't tell who sent it.
