Please explain more details what account and what upgrade are you talking about? Stellar support is usually quick if they understand what are you asking about.

ZombieTaco There are many users that "forgot" their email address and can't upgrade the account. I see all the time posts here about it:

I always assume it's spammers that created many accounts but don't control the email address anymore. I guess that the support team has a hard time going through all of them and identifying real users.

Also, 2 years passed since the upgrade. It's a bit unreasonable to expect the SDF to support the upgrading period forever. Give them a bit time, I'm sure someone will come back to you.

the good news is that it doesnt matter when they respond. their answer will not be worth much more than if then never replied. It's a horrible system and I dont get how a coin that is supposed to go to the moon can't even maintain it's ...either you guys are about to bust or you are so greedy that you deserve a slap in the face for cheaping out on this. anyways
