it is been more than 7 hours since I sent my stellars(xlm) from my Stargazer wallet to my bittrex account.
It was sent to the following address: GB6YPGW5JFMMP2QB2USQ33EUWTXVL4ZT5ITUNCY3YKVWOJPP57CANOF3

I still have not received anything. Please kindly assist.

    joe You will need to open a support ticket with Bittrex. Only they can credit your account. Maybe you forgot to include a memo in your transaction.

    That is right, I forgot to include the memo. I moved all my XLMs! I opened a ticket this morning. However info on their FAQ session says they cannot recover if there is memo/tag is missing!!!!!

      1. Open a support ticket on Bittrex. They even have specific ticket type for this case.
      2. Provide the following info:
        • your account address (public key)
        • transaction hash (copy-paste your account address here: https://stellar.expert/explorer/ to search for recent transactions)
        • exact transaction amount in XLM
        • deposit memo id (can be found on the deposit page of your Bittrex account)
      3. Then you have to wait. Maybe a week, or a month. Their support is super-busy now. Do not try to push things by sending multiple emails, it won't work. Just wait.

      P.S. It's better to register an account on their support website. In this case you will be able to track and modify your support request. Make sure that you are using different passwords for your trading and support accounts.

        It's a Sunday and Christmas Eve. I'm sure they will answer in a few days. Nobody here can make the process faster, we don't have connections with Bittrex or Poloniex. You will need to wait until you hear back from them.

        From your description I think you didn't enter the correct memo. It's not possible to send directly from Poloniex to Bittrex. Poloniex uses memo type ID and Bittrex uses memo type text. You would need first to send it to a temporarily wallet and specify the memo given by Bittrex when sending to Bittrex, in your case 3b5f2df6d9364f4992a.
