New to this and looking for any thoughts on the following scenario: I sent Stellar Lumens XLM from Bittrex to Stargazer desktop app (Mac iOS) Confirmed receipt and balance present in Stargazer app When I set up the Stargazer app on desktop I established password 2 weeks after depositing XLM into Stargazer, went into Stargazer and account "empty" Sound like a theft? Or, anything I can do to try to recover? I can't find any sort of support to contact for Stargazer app. Thoughts welcome. Thanks in advance.

I'm having similar issue, Send button is grayed out. I do see my balance when I open the Stargazer desktop application. I don't know what to do. Please help.

What version are you on? Have you tried upgrading to the latest version (1.6.0)? Is your balance higher than the minimum balance?

Stargazer Installation Help- Have to apologize as I am a newbie with all things crypto, but I have installed three other wallets. With the intent to setup a Stargazer wallet I entered the internet here: https://www.stellar.org/lumens/wallets/ Then I tabbed desktop, and then Pulled-down and clicked Stargazer logo. It went here: https://github.com/future-tense/stargazer Maybe I'm thick, but I have not been able to find a link to download or do anything else that seems to be related to installing Stargazer wallet. So basically, if you don't know your password and you didn't export your account before setting a password then there is no way of sending any lumens out of stargazer until you find your password? Correct?

I think it's 1.7.0 you need. Horizon had breaking changes in how it returned information to the wallet.

Yes, that should be enough. Installing the new version on top of the old will keep everything you had in the old version (All the data is stored in a completely different folder on your computer)

dzham Hi. I hope you are staying healthy and happy. I've tried to reach out on several forums, but haven't received a response. Also, the email connected to the stargazer app isn't functioning. Could you help me with an issue i'm having please? I closed my stargazer account, sending the coins to my coinbase wallet. The coins never arrived, and the transaction isn't listed on the stellar network at all. I double checked the address and memo and for sure wrote them correctly. I don't know how what to do next. Did I just lose all of my lumens?

Hey. I've been using Stargazer for awhile, but now I want to transfer most of my XLM to an interest bearing account (Nexo). I upgraded to 1.7.0, but I'm getting the same problem as other posters here. I enter the destination address and the memo as either text or ID (I don't know which to use) and when I go to the next step, I get No payment options found. I tried to switch to Solar wallet, but it wants a Stellar secret key, not my seed or whatever the QR code in Stargazer contains.

How do I get past this? I don't care about Solar (unless it will help.) I just want to get my XLM out of Stargazer.

I'm using kubuntu 18.04.

My new laptop, I cannot get to import my Stargazer account. I have downloaded the stargazer latest version on my mac. I have my passphrase and the secret key, but when I try putting the Secret Key in the Account Seed, and choose Network as Public, the Next button below is not enabled so I am not able to get anywhere.

Unfortunately I’m having the same problem. When I get to the send page it asks for signature. Does anyone know of a workaround on the stellar network to send XLM from my Stargazer Walet that is not responding? I tried the merge tool on Lobster but I have more than the 1000 XLM.

can not open suggested link from dzham (Feb. post) to upgrade to 1.7.0. (https://github.com/future-tense/stargazer/releases/download/v1.7.0/Stargazer-1.7.0.dmg). I can not find any Stargazer app in App store.

First, I just want to thank you for allowing me to use your software for free the last 4 years. I really appreciate all that you have done.

I had an issue with closing my account that I'm hoping you can help me with. I closed my account and sent the lumens to coinbase in order to cash out, but the coins never made it to the wallet. I double and triple checked the address and ID memo before sending, but again the coins never arrived. Now I have no idea where my coins are or how to get them back.

Is this something that you can look into please?

Now I've checked the stellar network for the transaction and it isn't showing that it exists at all, but the coins are definitely gone from my wallet, and it isn't letting me recover them using my recovery phrase. I don't understand what i'm supposed to do. Are they just lost?

I had the same issue about not being able to send XLM to coinbase. I downloaded the 1.7.0 version and it took care of the problem. For the memo I used text. I left 10 XLM behind in my account in case you needed some gas to send the rest. Hope this helps anyone else that has been running into the signature issue.

MikeParenteau, I would think your XLM is gone if you haven't received it yet because it took only a few seconds for my XLM to get to Coinbase. Sorry to hear this.

I really liked using Stargazer, but I hadnt looked at it in a while....I tried to transfer my 1100+ XLM out of my stargazer wallet, but when i try to send them, the "OK" button on the Send Screen is never active, its always inactive.....so I cant send them....any ideas would be greatly appreciated. I have updated to version 1.7.

I opened up stargazer for the first time in years to move my lumens to coinbase. I was running v1.5 as of a few days ago. I was able to enter my coinbase wallet address and memo, but that is as far as I could go. Stargazer recognized the coinbase wallet as a valid address. I received a prompt to review my send order, but the information field was blank. I was unable to complete my transaction.
I then downloaded v1.7. I was again able to enter my coinbase address, which was recognized. However, after entering all of the necessary information i received a 'no payment option prompt' and again was unable to send.
Here was my solution:

I downloaded the LOBSTR wallet for android.
I selected the 'connect wallet' option
I clicked the settings wheel icon in the top right corner of stargazer
I then clicked on 'advanced'
I then clicked on 'Export account'
My private key information was under the QR code
I entered the private key information into LOBSTR along with my stargazer wallet address
I then did a Rob Gronkowski endzone dance when the wallet synched up in a matter of seconds
fired a test transaction to coinbase. it worked. Funds are SAFU

the whole process took less than 5 minutes. figuriing this out took days. Screw stargazer. Never using that wallet again.

remoray229 Hi remoray229, I have the same problem (Stargazer wallet 1.5.3) and don´t want to make mistake.
So, when you say that you update to v.1.7, How do you update? Installing the new wallet over the previous one? or it is a new installation and you then have both wallets in your desktop?
Stargazer 1.5.3 does not give phrase words, only QR (al least mine)
I mean, the updated wallet (1.7) recognize directly the previous account?

The private key, as you also say, is only in the QR, How do you put it inside the LOBSTR android aplication?
Does the app allows QR scan?
