New to this and looking for any thoughts on the following scenario: I sent Stellar Lumens XLM from Bittrex to Stargazer desktop app (Mac iOS) Confirmed receipt and balance present in Stargazer app When I set up the Stargazer app on desktop I established password 2 weeks after depositing XLM into Stargazer, went into Stargazer and account "empty" Sound like a theft? Or, anything I can do to try to recover? I can't find any sort of support to contact for Stargazer app. Thoughts welcome. Thanks in advance.

I'm having similar issue, Send button is grayed out. I do see my balance when I open the Stargazer desktop application. I don't know what to do. Please help.

What version are you on? Have you tried upgrading to the latest version (1.6.0)? Is your balance higher than the minimum balance?

Stargazer Installation Help- Have to apologize as I am a newbie with all things crypto, but I have installed three other wallets. With the intent to setup a Stargazer wallet I entered the internet here: https://www.stellar.org/lumens/wallets/ Then I tabbed desktop, and then Pulled-down and clicked Stargazer logo. It went here: https://github.com/future-tense/stargazer Maybe I'm thick, but I have not been able to find a link to download or do anything else that seems to be related to installing Stargazer wallet. So basically, if you don't know your password and you didn't export your account before setting a password then there is no way of sending any lumens out of stargazer until you find your password? Correct?

The private key, as you also say, is only in the QR, How do you put it inside the LOBSTR android aplication?

I had these same problems. I couldn't send a transaction. I wasn't able to export my wallet onto a new platform because it was password encrypted -and the box where you enter your password would not recognize that I typed in my password.
I followed some instructions above and managed to update my stargazer (1.5.3) to the newer version 1.7. Now my entire wallet is gone! Stargazer has to be one of the worst apps ever created.

Hi. It's been a long time. I hope you are still finding time to answer problems? I cannot send any of my XLM from Stargazer 1.7.0. I keep getting, like others here "no payment options found". Is there anything I can do as I have a decent amount of XLM in stargazer. Thanks

I can no longer access my Stargazer 1.6.0 wallet. I had trouble sending XLM from it years ago but wasn't worried as I planned on long term hodling. My last hard drive crashed and I've tried restoring my wallet using my seed phrase which doesn't work. I also have a QR Code but I can't find any way to use it to restore my old wallet into a new Stargazer wallet. HELP! I don't want to lose all of my XLM.
