First, I just want to thank you for allowing me to use your software for free the last 4 years. I really appreciate all that you have done.
I had an issue with closing my account that I'm hoping you can help me with. I closed my account and sent the lumens to coinbase in order to cash out, but the coins never made it to the wallet. I double and triple checked the address and ID memo before sending, but again the coins never arrived. Now I have no idea where my coins are or how to get them back.
Is this something that you can look into please?
