Stellar Economy is a growing global alliance of individuals, organisation’s, businesses, and policymakers working towards a world free of plastic pollution and its toxic impacts on humans, animals, waterways and oceans that negatively affect our environment.
The platform is designed to be open and accessible to everyone. This document outlines the longterm goals of the Stellar Economy.
Mission
The mission of the Stellar Economy (SE) is to redefine profit and establish a Profit for All platform that promotes global awareness to the issues of plastic pollution. SE will offer very viable solutions to support a healthier planet and reduce the damaging impact that plastic products can have on our environment. SE will accomplish this by expanding worldwide access to educational ideas, along with the manufacturing and sale of fair trade products such as Reusable straws, utensils and bags designed to reduce unnecessary plastic use.
SE’s vision is an open and affordable production design system where people of all income levels can access fair trade eco products with our BOWGO buy one we gift one pay it forward model. The Stellar Economy product line’s will follow the philosophy of zero waste which encourages the redesign of resource life cycles so product materials are reused and / or Biodegradable.
The products will have the Stellar Economy logo and we will also offer a pay it forward Profit for All manufacturing facilities for private label production to aid in the development and maintenance of strong corporate alliances.
Our planet is being adversely affected by plastic straws, utensils and bags. SE mission is to replace them with reusable and biodegradable alternatives.
Responsibilities
To promote global awareness of the issues on Plastic Pollution and offer viable solutions. SE shall:
~Develop and maintain a platform that promotes global awareness to the issues of plastic pollution.
~Offer real solutions that support a healthier cleaner world.
~Make strategic partnerships with other Plastic Pollution organisations offering fund raising support.
~Expand our production with our charity partners buying more equipment and offering more jobs to produce fair trade products done through new sewing manufacturing facilities. Our production of Reusable straws, utensils and bags is presently being done with Physically challenged, women who are confined to wheel chairs. Our goal is to expand to teens that do not have parents or women who do not have husbands.
~Create programs to develop self confidence, physical and economic independence and increased awareness in the general community for people who are physically challenged, orphaned or are single mothers.
~Support fair trade production of SE eco products that have a BOWGO buy one we gift one pay it forward model.
~Develop and maintain publicly accessible tools and services to support the Stellar Economy profit for all model and its users.
~Provide guidance and direction for the Stellar Economy ecosystem.
Promote adoption of Stellar Economy profit for all model as a worldwide method to reduce plastic use as well as support other global issues.
~Expand to other Global issues like the Bee Population. Raise money for Bee Farmers and give a bigger voice to professional beekeepers.
~Create and support global partnerships and educational initiatives on the issues of plastic pollution as well as boost Profit for All literacy and development efforts at the corporate and community level.
~Stellar lumens (XML) will be the payment method for all SE products purchased by the Stellar Community.
