Token address ?

I am a bit confused on this part.

Here is the quick run down. I am creating an app that will use a token. I figured that I can create accounts for every person that will make an account. However do i need to fund each address with 5lum to activate it first, and only after that transfer the token amount to the wallet?

Can I create addresses for token only?

virgiltu No. For an account (address) to hold tokens you need the minimum balance (1 XLM) + trustline (0.5 XLM) = 1.5 XLM.
