earrietadev Yes you can remove it but to do so you will need to use a private key (or keys) with enough weight to complete the operation. First thing will be: are you using a multisig app like stellar guard or lobstr guard?
rradulescu2017 I have not used the account for two years. I remember that the last time I made the transactions was at https://stellarport.io and I used PK and 2FA as backup. But now 2 signers appear and I don't understand why!
earrietadev rradulescu2017 The 2FA was probably the other signers, do you still have access to that 2FA method? (I mean, can you send transactions two that service?)
earrietadev rradulescu2017 what is the 2FA service you’re using? You need to give us more details so we can help you. The operation can be done from the Stellar laboratory depending on what you have
earrietadev rradulescu2017 because google authenticator is not a valid multisig solution (and stellarport doesn’t use it if I’m not wrong) you will need to remember the place where you defined the multisig using the google authenticator and reach their support service to allow you removing the multisig in case you are not able to do it yourself from their platform
earrietadev rradulescu2017 if you added the 2FA to your account with them, send them an email explaining your case and that you want to remove the 2FA you created with them. Remember you need to use the service you created the 2FA with, not the last place you made a transaction
Alfy76 Hi guys, i signed up 2 years ago on stellarport.io. I have bought coins and left them. Today I'm having problems with Multisignature enabled and i cannot do anything with my doget tokens. Can someone please help me.
rradulescu2017 Alfy76 I think that if we get together more and report the best they will take us seriously. I've been sending emails for a couple of weeks, trying to contact them and there's no way.
