rradulescu2017 what is the 2FA service you’re using? You need to give us more details so we can help you. The operation can be done from the Stellar laboratory depending on what you have

rradulescu2017 because google authenticator is not a valid multisig solution (and stellarport doesn’t use it if I’m not wrong) you will need to remember the place where you defined the multisig using the google authenticator and reach their support service to allow you removing the multisig in case you are not able to do it yourself from their platform

rradulescu2017 if you added the 2FA to your account with them, send them an email explaining your case and that you want to remove the 2FA you created with them. Remember you need to use the service you created the 2FA with, not the last place you made a transaction

Hi guys, i signed up 2 years ago on stellarport.io. I have bought coins and left them. Today I'm having problems with Multisignature enabled and i cannot do anything with my doget tokens. Can someone please help me.

Alfy76 I think that if we get together more and report the best they will take us seriously. I've been sending emails for a couple of weeks, trying to contact them and there's no way.

On the stellarport.io page, in the "security" section, there is a note: if you have used 2FA you have to contact them. Waiting for the response of these wretches !!!

rradulescu2017 I read the same thing about 2fa. It ridiculous how they don't reply. I've sent to many messages but no reply. I really don't have much more to do but get a lawyer involved.

Somebody sent me this message: Hey there,
I think I found a solution for your problem. There is a reddit post describing pretty much the same problem but it also has some solutions that were presumably proposed by the stellarport customer support. You can find it here:

I don't know how versed you are with computers/programming but for method 1 you would have to do some things manually. First, you would have to find a program that can derive accounts from your seed phrase. This would assume that you still know the seed phrase, i.e. the 12 words that were shown to you when creating your account on stellarport. Then you can install something like this software:
https://github.com/reverbel/seed-phrases-for-stellar#2-same-example-as-above-now-showing-the-bip-0039-seed-and-four-accounts, enter your seed phrase and look at the first and second account. According to the reddit post, the second account is a co-signer to your primary account, thus you can import both into a wallet app that supports multi-signature features (e.g. Solar), then change the multi-sig setup of your primary account and remove all co-signers, and then this transaction should appear on the second account where you can finally sign and submit it to the network.

If this seems too complicated then you can try method 2 and write the stellarport support team.

          I hope this helped.
