Hi, I bought some Lumen and they were stored in my Lobstr wallet. On 6th September I sent them to Bittrex but, although they have left Lobstr they have not arrived in Bittrex. I have double and treble checked the Bittrex address and it is the correct one. The transaction shows on Lobstr. Can't find any way of making contact on the Lobstr site so I hope you can offer some advice. Thanks.

Lobstr encountered issues with memo The memo appears in lobstr but not on stellar network They say they fixed, but there was a lot of warning about that in various forum/slack channel

I think it was a problem with memo from what Bittrex tell me. I contacted Bittrex and sent them all of the information I had about the transaction from Lobstr. They then resolved the problem for me by manually inputting my Lumen to Bittrex. I was very impressed with their service.

Serious issue with lobstr.co legitimity. I have downloaded their wallet on iOS and Android. Fund in my iOS XLM, tried to send to my Android...it won't go through. My money is stuck on my IOS. Sent many e-mails, no replies. Here is what shows their registrar : % % % o. . % 0$.o$ Copyright (c)2017 by InterNetX % InterNet $$$0 % GmbH .o$$$Io Restricted rights. % _$$'$$o % $$. % * % % % Whois-Server: whois.nic.co lobstr.co: assigned The Registry database contains ONLY .COM, .NET, .EDU domains and Registrars. There is no data recorded of that supposed company ! I am very surprised it has been ad on stellar.org itself. I am writing to Stellar.org for claim and will report to Interpol. On their website itself, there is no support, nor e-mail to contact. Only through the app itself, which you have to download weirdly on iOS, not even on AppStore. It could potentially steal all information on your iPhone. Be aware !

TinaNguyen Yeah I am having some issues with them right now. I am unable to transfer out all my lumens from lobstr. The transaction keeps failing and I am not able to find out why.

Stubbs-Ian most wallets don't let to withdraw everything, because Stellar requires you to keep minimum balance of 20 XLM + some more for transaction fees. You can only send everything if you're destroying/closing this account.
Try leaving 21 XLM and send the rest.

Sending lumen from Lobstr.co to a Desktop wallet does not work at all right now. After hitting "send" it shows an empty / white overlay window "transaction summary" but that is it.

A bit scary to be honest. What is happening?

iwangu Looks like multiple wallets are having issues right now. Could be that both of the wallets use a central server that is experiencing issues. I would wait and try again in a bit.

Big issue is that your PASSPHRASE has nothing to do with your WALLET FUND RECOVERY. I lost a lot of Lumens b/c I thought the secret passphrase could be used to recover your funds, but it's the SECRET KEY that is needed. Without the secret key I believe your lumens are lost and unrecoverable.

When you sign up for Lobstr, they never alert users to save the secret key, but alerts you to save the passphrase which is half-useless.

Does anyone here know if it's even possible to recover Secret Key using the secret Passphrase? I'm skeptical b/c to understand how Lobstr works, I created a new wallet, deleted it from my account and recovered it using the secret key Lobstr gave me a whole new set of passphrase.

pitsevich Is there a way to recover your secret key using the passphrase? Isn't the purpose of the secret seed to protect your secret key (i.e. trezor)? It should be linked, converted through cryptography. Will you be adding this type of recovery function?

As per one of pitsevich 's earlier posts on this board, the passphrase is used to recover your Lobstr ACCOUNT'S PASSWORD: https://galactictalk.org/d/6-stellar-wallets-overview/6

If the funds are still on the wallet linked to that account, you should be able to recover your account using the passphrase and see your secret key!

I tried the "lost password?" prompt on their site which should've emailed me the recovery options, but it never arrived. If the same happens with you, I'd contact support (if you hadn't already)

hoang This is the main way to identify your account, there is no username. I don't see a "forgot your email option" on Lobstr's websites.

Do you know your password? How many emails do you have? Is it possible to try all emails you ever used with your password?

Beantownsbest Yes, you need to add a memo when sending the transaction. With what part exactly do you need help?
